Mava began beading in the mid-1990s as a self-taught artist.  She began by making Bead&Button magazine projects until she learned enough techniques and stitches to begin designing her own unique works. She enjoys designing and creating projects using a variety of beads, different styles of stitches, and weaves, and rarely makes the same design twice.
